Service can be cancelled at any time.

If you are unhappy with service we will offer a full refund - no questions asked.

Refund & Service Policy

The Commitment:

As a boutique service, we reserve your time slot and prepare your sanitized linen inventory specifically for your home.

Cancellations & Skips:

We require 48-hour notice for any service cancellations or "holds." Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be billed at 50% of the service rate to cover prep and labor.

Quality Guarantee:

We pride ourselves on the "Sanctuary Standard." If you are not satisfied with the dressing of your bed or the quality of the linens, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to correct the issue or provide a credit toward your next service. Due to the hygienic nature of our sanitized linens, we do not offer cash refunds once the linens have been deployed in the home.

Right of Refusal & Service Termination

Boutique Discretion:

Clean Sheet Day remains a boutique, owner-operated service. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or terminate a service agreement at our sole discretion. This ensures the safety of our staff and the integrity of our sanctuary standards.

Linen Integrity:

Our linens are high-value assets sanitized to medical-grade standards. If a client's environment or usage results in repeated damage, permanent staining (e.g., industrial dyes, chemical burns, or pet damage), or loss of inventory, we reserve the right to cancel the service agreement immediately.
