Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Clean Sheet Day. By booking our services, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These standards ensure the clinical purity and absolute sanctuary we promise to every home.

1. The Service Commitment

Clean Sheet Day provides a boutique linen exchange and professional bed-making service. To maintain our 160°F thermal-sanitization standards, we exclusively utilize our signature professional inventory. We do not service, wash, or dress beds with personal household linens.

2. Access to Property

  • Entry: The Client agrees to provide a secure access method (key, gate code, or keypad entry).

  • Safe Environment: The Client must ensure the work area is safe and free of hazards. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsanitary or unsafe.

  • Pets: For the safety of our staff and the integrity of our linens, pets must be secured away from the bedroom area during the service window.

 

3. Linen Stewardship & Damages

Our linens are high-value professional assets.

  • Damages: The Client is responsible for any damage to linens caused by pets, industrial dyes, cosmetic staining, or negligence while the linens are in the Client's home.

  • Replacement Fee: Damaged items will be billed at the full replacement cost plus a $10 processing fee.

  • Ownership: All linens remain the property of Clean Sheet Day (or our authorized partners).

 

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Billing: Services are billed on a recurring weekly or monthly basis.

  • Cancellations: We require 48-hour notice for any service skips or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service rate.

  • Non-Payment: We reserve the right to suspend service and retrieve our inventory immediately if payment is not received.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

While we treat every home with the utmost care, Clean Sheet Day is not liable for pre-existing damage to furniture or flooring, nor for the loss of small personal items left in or around the bedding.

6. Right of Refusal

As a boutique, owner-operated service, we reserve the right to terminate any service agreement at our sole discretion to maintain the integrity of our brand and the well-being of our staff.
